On the western shore of Lake Scharmützelsee - about 5 km from our Villa Contessa Hotel & Spa Resort - is the traditional Bad Saarower Golf Club with three 18-hole courses and two driving ranges.

On the neighboring Motzener See, the fantastically located golf courses of the "Golf & Country Club am Motzener See" are recommended.

Faldo Course

The masterpiece by Sir Nick Faldo

Designed and implemented by golf legend Sir Nick Faldo, this golf course is the landmark of the Bad Saarower Golf Club. With 133 pot bunkers, undulated fairways and challenging greens, the Faldo Course is considered to be the most demanding golf course in Germany.

Stan Eby Course

Golfing with a wonderful view

Due to its location on a hill, the Stan Eby Course not only offers the longest amount of sunshine, but also the most beautiful view of the extensive area of the Bad Saarower Golf Club.

The Stan Eby course is good for beginners as well as experienced golf players.

Motzen Lake Course

Leading Golf Club of Germany

Nestled in the Märkische countryside, the "Golf & Country Club Motzener See" combines an 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole short course into a 27-hole course, which guarantees a challenging game.

As a former venue for the German Masters, the multi-faceted golf course at the Motzener See Golf Club is one of the "Leading Golf Clubs of Germany".
